About Mount Vernon
Mount Vernon Baptist Church is a historic Atlanta church with a strong legacy of faith, worship, and service. Our members have long been committed to serving the least, the less, and the lost while lifting the name of Jesus Christ in the church and throughout the community.

We believe that baptized believers in Jesus Christ should live by a standard through worship, fellowship, and stewardship. We commit to loving one another, sharing the plan of salvation, supporting the lost and needy, and following the Holy Bible as God’s inspired foundation for life.
